Court Line Tristar contract signed - Court Line's order for two Rolls Royce powered Lockheed TriStar jets today, August 17th, because a firm contract with the formal signing in London of the £20 million deal. It involves the biggest financial package ever to be arranged in Britain for a UK independent airlines. The Court Line TriStars are being formally purchased by Airlease International, a partnership of eleven of Britain's leading banks and financial institutions, for lease to Court Line Aviation on a long term basis. The jest will be delivered in February and come into service next April for Clarksons Holidays, Britain's leading air holidays company, with whom Court Line has five year flying agreement.
