Mr Heath goes to the house.: An agreement to end the six-year-old constitutional dispute between Britain and Rhodesia was singed yesterday in Salisbury by Sir Alec Douglas - Home and Mr. Ian Smith. Sir Alec, who returned home early this morning, was this afternoon making a statement in the House of Commons.
