Bid to abate the four-letter parrot. The language of Charlie, the parrot, matches his blue father - according to neighbors. Mr. Ronald "Ginger" Bowen, who lives in Camden - passage, only a parrot aquawk away from the home of charlies owner, writer heather standing, in Duncan terrace, Islington, London, said, "I was shocked by its knowledge of swear words. Mr. Bowen was so shocked that he went to the Noise abatement society. Then he and two other people signed a public charlies owner that she may be prosecuted if the nuisance - charlie, that is - is not removed. Photo shows Mrs. Heather Standring's 8-year old daughter, Abigail, pictured with Charlie the parrot in their back-garden today.
