President Moktar OUld Daddah of Mauritania, the Foreign Ministers of the United States, Indonesia and the United Republic of Cameroon, and the Minister of Economy and Finance of Dahomey addressed the General Assembly this morning on the problems of raw materials and development, Representatives to the Assembly stood in a moment of silent tribute to Ismael B.
