VISIT OF THE JAPANESE EMPEROR IN THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY FROM OCTOBER 11TH TILL 13TH. The last preparations....for the visit of the Emperor are being done in these days in the Japanese ambassador-residence in Cologne and in the Japanese Embassy in Bonn. Embassador Fumihiko Kai and his wife are giving informations to the servant Jittler and "rehearse" with him for the great reception which Emperor Hirohito and Emperess Nagako will give for the German politicians. The West-German President Heinemann will not be able to take part during the big dinner in the Cologne ambassador-residence because of an eye-operation, he has to have. Ops: The Japanese ambassador with his wife giving instructions to the servant Jittler.
