UN General Assembly Begins General Debats: The General Assembly, which opened its fifteenth regular session earlier this week, began debate today. An unprecedented number of high officials are attending this session which has before it an 87-items provisional agenda, the longest in its history. Seen here at the speaker's rostrum addressing this morning's plenary meeting of the Assembly is President Dwight D. Eisenhower, of the United States.Behind him, seated at the presidential rostrum are (left and right): Un Secretary- General Dag Ha~~arskjold; Mr. Frederick H.
