Peron May be Back in Argentine at Any Time
All legal charges against the ex dictator (now called "Ex- President General Peron") were officially dropped, and the Government of Gen. Lanusse recognized the Peronist as the strongest political party, and their right to name Peron as their candidate for the 1973 presidential elections.
Peron's representative Elias Lapag has arrived from Madrid, and is now discussing strategy with Peronist leaders in Buenos Aires. He expressed 'ardent desire' to advance the election date for 1972.
