Graham Tope home from Prague.: Mr. Graham Tope, the Young Liberal released from a Prague prison on Monday, arrived home this afternoon. Mr Tope was released from prison together with ah American student arrested at the same time. Neither Mr. Tope, 26, of Coul~doa, Surrey, ~~ his companion, Mr. Douglas Burke,agad 20, from Framingham, Massachusetts, nor the British or Americans Embassies were informed of any formal charges during their imprisonment.
