American Draft Dodgers I Britain From a Company To Raise Funds: Twenty American draft- dodger's in Britain who oppose the Vietnam war have formed a company to raise funds. It is called American Refugee Enterprises. Members of the group, who risk severe penalties if they return to the United States, have an organisation called the Union of American Exiles in Britain with Headquarters in Glocester Avenue, Primrose hill, London. The Group's Leader , Mr. Harry Pincus, 27, a medical research worker, who has a work permit valid until the end of the year, said that there had been a warrant for his arrest out 15 months in the United States because he had refused to be inducted into the Army.
