Texas Sells Fun-Tier: Joanne Clement, secretary in the travel division of the Texas Highway Department, hangs Texas' first series of travel posters in the state travel office. The highway department has adopted the theme "Today's Fun-tier" for all its promotional material. The colorful 24x38-inch posters, produced by the department, will be distributed world-wide.
