Trail rides- Texas. Riders and wagons of the Salt Grass Trail Ride Association reach the 12200 block of Old Katy Road in west Houston today, nearing the end of their 82-mile ride to appear in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Parade which starts at 9;15 a.m. Friday. Eleven trail rides with 5,000 riders will converge on Memorial Park tonight.
