Description
A tractor-trailer westbound on an elevated entrance ramp to the North Loop overturned about 5 p.m. Sunday and spilled heavy-duty polyvinyl pipes onto both lanes of the Eastex Freeway below, tying up traffic for more than four hours. The pipes hit three cars, but none of the occupants suffered serious injuries, police said. Trucks - Houston
