Threading and sewing...in left photo, Sheldon Elementary School in Texas fourth-grader David Williams, 10, assists Hazel Pranger with threading a needle and then they get down to the business of making a quilt. Sheldon Independent School District elementary students have been working with retired senior citizens for months putting together the quilt as part of a self-esteem program. Each student was paired with a senior citizen.
