Philadelphia--A "Ghost" at Independence Hall, is "a ghost" as he looks over a flintlock rifle, one of those stored in the Hall's East Committee room, which was an armory in 1774. The "ghost" effect was achieved by Associated Press Photographer Bill Ingraham with a double exposure technique.
