Los Angeles - John D. Ehrlichman, former adviser to President Nixon, leaves courtroom in Los Angeles today after a judge refused to move his perjury trial out of Los Angeles. Ehrlichman is charged in connection with the 1971 break-in at Daniel Ellsberg's psychiatrist's office. Superior Court Judge Gordon Ringer also turned down a motion to dismiss the charge.
