Cuba's President Fulgencio Batista speaking at the inauguration of the new Palace of Justice in Havana yesterday said he is determined to finish out his four-year term ending in 1958. Batista blames "bloody gangs" working under orders from former President Carlos Prio Socarras for the new wave of bombings in Havana and western Cuba. Seated at left is Dr. Santaigo Roseil y Leyte-Vidal, president of the Supreme Court. The magistrate at right is unidentified.
