Moscow, Russia: Former Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev, 72, and his wife, Nina, make one of their rare Moscow appearances today as they walk from automobile to school house to vote in the parliamentary election. The school house is near an apartment given him when he was outed from power. The Khrushchevs spend most of their time at a country villa near Moscow. It was the first time in more than a year that Khrushchev had appeared in public in Moscow.
