Sounding taps. University of Houston ROTC cadet Jesse Blanco, 23, sounds taps during a Houston Jaycee "Support Our Boys in Vietnam" rally in front of the First City National Bank. About 450 Houstonians witnessed the rally Tuesday. The brief observance featured the UH ROTC Drill Team and the Jefferson Davis High School band. Several city officials attended the rally, including councilmen Dr. A. D. Love, Bob Webb, Frank Mancuso and Frank Mann. Univ. of Houston, Texas.
