Vietnam vet - Jeff Daniels ("Speed," "Terms of Endearment") stars as troubled Vietnam vet Lyman Fellers in the Hallmark Hall of Fame presentation of "Redwood Curtain," which airs on ABC Sunday, April 23, 1995. Daniels played Fellers in the Broadway production of Lanford Wilson's play. Debra Monk ("Quiz Show," "The Bridges of Madison County"), who won a Tony Award for her work in "Redwood Curtain" on Broadway, is also featured in the television cast. Daniels and Monk are joined by John Lithgow ("Resting Place," "the Pelican Brief") and Lea Salonga ("Miss Saigon"). Salonga plays Lithgow's adoptive daughter; her character becomes convinced that Lyman Fellers (Daniels) - who lives in the midst of the California redwoods - is her birth father.
