Astronaut Alan Bean, left, presents Governor Dolph Briscoe a plaque commemorating the Apollo 17 moon rock recovered by Apollo 17 astronauts and a Texas Flag which the astronauts took with them to the moon, will be publicly displayed in the Capitol Building in Austin, an aide to the governor said.
