Rev. Henry Bouchie, S.S.J. - St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Addition to Mass - Rev. Henry Bouchie, S.S.J., pastor of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, adds Santci Josephi (Saint Joseph) to the Latin text of the mass, a change which will become effective December 8 in the Roman Catholic Church. The date is the feast day of Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary. The Josephite Fathers, organized in 1886, are dedicated to St. Joseph. The altered passage, as translated, will read, "Communicating and reverencing the memory first of the glorious Mary, ever a virgin, mother of our God and Lord Jesus Christ, likewise of St. Joseph and thy blessed apostles and martyrs, Peter and Paul, Andrew, James, John, Thomas, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Simon and Thaddeus . . ."
