Lamar High School's Prep Bowl team, which defeated three opponents on successive weeks on Houston Lighting & Power Co.'s TV quiz show, has been retired as an unbeaten champion. The team, from left, is Bill Wooters, 3256 Avalon; Christopher Larson, 2016 Bolsover, captain; David Wade, 6510 Olympia; and Brad Westmoreland, 3110 Kettering.
