Tenants and neighbors of the Pleasantville Apartments, a low-rent housing complex at Tilgham and Pleasantville, Saturday picketed the project management asking improved sanitation, rodent removal and what they call "basic repairs to the structures" of the 300 unites, 200 of which are occupied. The group called the Pleasantville Committee for Community Improvement, says the apartments violate housing code standards.
