Description
This phosphoric acid plant at the Olin Mathieson Chemical Corporation fertilizer complex in Pasadena, Texas, has a capacity exceeding 600 tons per day. It is the largest single train phosphoric acid unit in existence today. The plant uses the Prayon process, with the best air and water pollution control performance. Single train means consecutive operations that are neither duplicated nor paralleled.
