Description
Some of the best art work created by the 14,000 youngsters who participated in Operation Glow this summer is on exhibit on the ninth floor of Foley's downtown store. The exhibit is sponsored by the Harris County Community Action Assn. and the Harris County Youth Opportunity Center. Johnny Cabrera, 6, left, foster child of Mr. and Mrs. John J.
