Brookhollow Golden Center. Office Tower Topped Out, Construction on the 12-story $6.5 million Brookhollow Golden Center office tower, being developed by Fletcher Emerson Development Co., has reached the top level. On hand for the topping out ceremonies were officials of the Emerson firm, the Fretz Construction Co. and the architectural firm of Neuhaus & Taylor. At left foreground, is Tex Thornton, executive vice-president of the Fletcher Emerson Realty Co., and Bobby Fretz, president of Fretz Construction Co., general contractor on the project. The structure eventually will be joined by two more phases of the $25 million Brookhollow Golden Center development and form a crescent-shaped complex that follows the curvature of Loop 610 North. The project is a joint venture of the Fletcher Emerson Development Co. and PIC Realty, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prudential Insurance Co. of American. Completion of the first building is scheduled for the Spring of 1972.
