As President Johnson spoke today on "Our honorable commitment" to South Viet Nam, two young men were taking pre-induction physical examinations at the Armed Forces examining and induction station at 2320 La Branch. Doctor Thomas E. Lowe Jr., left photo, examines James Burton Smith, 21 of 7834 Darlington. Smith has applied for service with the Air Force. In the photo at the right T.S.
