Description
Art Pop Art Memorial Copenhagen officials turned a ship's anchor into a memorial several years ago to honor Danish sailors who died in World War II. They thought it was a simple, fitting tribute to seafarers, but now they're getting compliments from pop art fanciers who think the "sculpture" is the greatest. Some tourists have even inquired who the artist is.

Photo is dated 1968.

Photo measures 10 x 8.25 inches.
