Finalists in the American National High School Oratorical Contest talk before competition begins at Westbury High School today. They are, from left, Michael Gallagher, 17, of somerville, Massachusetts; Marshall Alexander, 17, of Opelousas, Louisiana; Thomas Eggleston, 17, of West Lafayette, Indiana, and Douglas Foley, 17, of Portland Oregon. Scholarships will go to the winners, $4000 first place, $2500 second, $1000 third and $500 fourth.
