Caption: Thomas Plunkett, left, has been named vice-president of branch operations for Kelly Services Inc.'s Health Care Division, Troy. Plunkett was previously vice-president and group director. He joined Kelly, a temporary help company, in 1964 in Philadelphia and subsequently held managerial positions in Trenton, N.J. and St. Paul, Minn. Plunkett became district manager of northern New Jersey in 1970 until he was promoted to group director eight years later.
