Plants Vice President Corporate Services Automobile Club of Michigan Storer-Spellman Avignone, who was president, and Plants, 64, who was a vice president, are to be sentenced April 11 by Recorder's Court Judge Dominick Carnovale. The prosecutor's office agreed that their sentences will not exceed state guidelines. Richard Padzieski, the offices chief of operations, sand prosecutors believe the guidelines call for up to 12 months in jail for Plants and 12-36 months for Avignone.
