Description
Caption: Donald Helow, left, and Leonard Baitler, right, both of Miami, testify today before the Senate Rackets Committee. Helow said he was beaten and forced out of the coin machine business for opposing efforts of alleged racketeers to control the Miami area jukebox industry.
