Caption: (WX22) WASHINGTON, March 18--CAB DRIVERS TESTIFY--Two Chicago cab drivers, Roy McDowell, left, and Louis Linzer, testify today before the Senate Rackets Committee. McDowell said a Teamster official told him he would wind up in an alley with a hole in his head if he kept trying to collect a $60 insurance benefit.
