Caption: Washington, Dec. 9 - Ohioans Testify - Joseph Sammartino, left, and Joseph L. Carelly, Teamsters unionists from Youngstown, Ohio, testify before the Senate Rackets Committee. They told about a ruling by Federal Judge James C. Connell in Cleveland that blocked a slate of rank and file candidates from their union local election ballots. This brought criticism of Judge Connell by committee members.
