Description
Caption: Most favor pre-marriage tests. Wayne County Clerk James Killeen, referring to President Reagan: "Like most things, he's very ill-informed. The examination now will merely tell you the person has been exposed to AIDS, so it is not definitive. ..It only says that on the day of the exam the person was not exposed and an hour later that could change. It's one of those things that leaves people to think they have a clean bill of health but it just says that, on that day, the person was not exposed.".
