Khrushchev answers question by American newsmen, headed by Stuart Novins, right, during interview filmed and tape-recorded in the Kremlin last week for broadcast on CBS television's "Face the Nation" today. It was the first appearance on any formal television program for the Soviet Communist leader but all the points he made repeated previous Soviet positions.
