Caption: BOOKED ON 'NBC BANDSTAND'--The orchestra of Wayne King (above) will be one of four big-name bands that will launch NBC's Radio's Monday-through-Friday morning show, NBC BANDSTAND. The two-hour show, which also will be televised for 30 minutes, has its premiere Monday, July 30. During the first week, the daily attractions will include songwriter Johnny Mercer as "Mr. Music" and the orchestras of Guy Lombardo, the Dorsey Brothers and Freddy Martin. Bert Parks will be permanent host.
