Caption: Sears leadership changes hands-- Charles H. Kellstadt, left, chairman of board and chief executive officer of Sears Roebuck and Co., appears at a press conference in Chicago today with Austin T. Cushman, right, who will take over Kellstdt's position in the company May 14, when Kellstadt retires. Cushman, 60, a native of Albuquerque, N.M., joined Sears as an extra salesman in 1931. He has been active in the company in their Pacific Coast operations.
