Caption: Dearborn lawyer sued DEARBORN -- Attorney Noel Keane has been accused of malpractice and breach of contract by a West German couple for whom he allegedly arranged surrogate parent birth. The couple called John and Jane Doe in the Wayne County Circuit Court suit, claims Keane released $10,000 to a River Rouge woman even through blood tests showed John Doe was not the biological father of the baby boy she delivered in 1983.
