Caption: CUTAWAY DIAGRAM OF EXPLORER IV--This a cutaway diagram of the Explorer IV was fired today at Cape Canaveral, Fla. Two and a half hours after firing of the 38.43-pound missile, it was announced in Washington that it was in Orbit . It was the biggest satellite launched so far by the United States.
