The weather observation satellite was launch by National Aeronautics and Space Adm. from Cape Canaveral, Florida. NASA PHOTO FROM UPI TELEPHOTO mjj JUL 13.1961 View form outer space from Northeasteran corner of the United States and the coas of Nova Scotia looks likes from more then 460 miles up. The photo was taken by Tiros III during "weather eye" satellite's third orbit of earth after launch Wednesday.
