Caption: Cincinnati, Sept. 2 - Fined $500 - Raymond Kennedy, (above) director of the Pittsburgh Pirates' farm system, was fined $500 in connection with the club's alleged violation of the bonus rule. Baseball Commissioner A.B. Chandler announced the fine and fining of the club in connection with the signing of Danny Lynch, who starred at Southern Methodist.
