Caption: RACCOON CLIMBS TV AERIAL-- A stray raccoon, probably brought to town with a load of produce from the South, entertained a downtown Newark crowd of hundreds today when he climbed a TV aerial a top a four-story building to escape police. Looking like a small masked fugitive eluding the law, the 15-pound coon dodged long-handled nets wielded by the police emergency squad until he lost his grip, fell to the roof and was captured.
