A machine that measures out exactly what is needed (in this case 8 oz.)It lets out that weight then stops flowing for a few seconds in between then lets out more. Also brought back is the molds that were popular. Each mold must be hand filled. They will consist of a teddy bear, santa claus, chocolate roses, football, chocolate flower vases, baseballs, lollipops, dinasaurs. All are hand done. The machine will help dispense chocolate more consistently into these molds that will be done by hand.
