1963 Press Photo Rolls Royce Silver Shadow London

Caption: The sleek body of the new Silver Shadow, with its much lower line, necessitated a reduction in height of radiator shell. The radiator is now very similar in size to that designed in 1904 by Sir Henry Royce for the first two cylinder Rolls Royce cars. The radiator is to this day make almost exactly as it was 60 years ago. Virtually all the work is still done by hand, and many hours are spent polishing the stainless steel both before and after assembly.
