Caption: About 300 ecologically concerned citizens turned out in the drizzle Saturday for the third ? and final ? cleanup of the River Rouge sponsored by a private group called Rescue the Rouge. The workers above are clearing small debris from the river in the Eight Mile Road to Warren Ave. depolution exercise. About 800 had been expected for the job which continues Sunday.
