Caption: Pupper PowerIn delightful, fascination, Heather Neuman, 8, and Sheryl Idziak, 10, both of Detroit, view a rare early 19th Century rod puppet from northern France at the Detroit Institute of Arts Wednesday. The pupper is part of the museum's collection of rare marionettes and giant figure shown as part of the seventh annual Cultural Center Open House. The program, which will continue through Friday, includes a number of special events at the lInstitute, the main library and the Detroit Historical Museum. An estimated 1,000 persons turned out for opening night.
