Caption: GRAND ISLE, La. Jan. 25 VICTIMS OF OIL SLICK- Charter boat capt. Charles Sebastian holds two ducks that were victims of an oil slick that moved in Saturday night and Sunday along a 15-mile stretch of beach at Grand Isle, La. The slick which was about an inch thick along the shore was described as a light brown jelly-like substance.
