Caption: Sleek Silhouette - General Motors' new Vauxhall Victor, manufactured in England, which will go on sale for the first time in the United States in September along with GM's Opel Rekord, manufactured in Germany. The four-door Victor pictured here includes such American style features as panoramic windshield and new-type rear window, but retains basic European styling. It is powered by an economical four-cylinder engine. The Victor will be available for distribution by Pontiac dealers and the Rekord by Buick dealers starting first in the northeast section of the U.S.
