Caption: HOSPITAL ADDITION-The $4.5 million addition to Pontiac General Hospital will be dedicated Sunday, culminating a four-year program to plan, finance and construct it. Lt. Gov. Philip A. Hart will be the featured speaker at the 3:30 p.m. public ceremony. The addition will increase the hospital's capacity from 198 beds to 360.
